Quando devo usar "Either/or" e "Neither/nor"??

Either/or e Neither/nor são conjuntos de palavras usadas para fazer uma comparação entre uma coisa e outra
Quando se usa either/ or a frase será positiva ou negativa mas seguida de elementos negativos como not, can`t, don`t, etc
Exemplo: You can sit either in the sofa or in the chair.
No Neither/nor a frase sempre será negativa e nunca terá um elemento negativo junto.
Exemplo: Neither you nor your sister are going to the party tonight.

We usually use these words to say wether we do similar things to others.
I do not play football.
Neither do I. (which would be equivelant to saying- I also dont)

Either translates to portuguese as "ou"

It is either this or that - or means "ou", aswell.

Neither and nor would have the opposite meaning.

It is neither this, nor that.
