Explicação passo-a-passo:

A matriz que representa o sistema é:

$\left[\begin{array}{ccc|c}1&-1&-2&1\\-1&1&1&2\\1&-2&1&-2\end{array}\right]$

Seja L1 = linha 1, L2 = linha 2 e L3 = linha 3.

Fazendo L1 + L2 e colocando em  L2

$\left[\begin{array}{ccc|c}1&-1&-2&1\\0&0&-1&3\\1&-2&1&-2\end{array}\right]$

Fazendo L1 - L3 e colocando em L3

$\left[\begin{array}{ccc|c}1&-1&-2&1\\0&0&-1&3\\0&1&-3&3\end{array}\right]$

Não precisamos escalonar mais, já da pra resolver:

Da L2 temos:

-z = 3 => z = -3

Da L3 temos:

y -3z = 3 => y - 3(-3) = 3 => y + 9 = 3 => y = 3 - 9 => y = - 6

E por fim

x - y - 2z= 1

x+ 6 + 6 = 1

x = 1 - 12

x = -11
