5am club, i am trying to wake up early since almost the beginning of the year however every time that i tried i have failed completely, but now! today more specific twenty one of October i have accomplished my mission i have waken up five thirty and went to the bathroom to do my biological necessities and after that i have had a cup of coffee and went to a new gym that i am currently assessing evaluating to see if is the best gym for me to work-out in this city, the environment is thoroughly new with high tech and new equipment therefore i have had a utterly positive first view of the place, but nonetheless i still have to evaluate other gyms here in my local area to see if that one it is the best one for me! and i must say everything that videos and books that i have not read however i know i little from synopses and so on, until now it is being utterly true! the motivation the feeling of accomplishment by waking up early and fishing your work out earlier as possible it the utmost rewarding feeling i have ever had! i think i will do that more! of course as Craig said in his video there will be times in which i will not have the motivation of even the strength to leave the bed, for instance, days that i have stayed awake until later at night or days that i have had too many beers in those days i will not wake up earlier however my goal is from now on to have a schedule of waking up earlier and earlier but at the same time that this does not interfere tamper undermine my sleep schedule that as you may now see that i am thoroughly focused on that matter and i have also read several studies where they have shown that sleeping sometimes is more important than exercise when we are talking about building a healthy routine therefore we have to be careful when changing our routines to an earlier wake up time, therefore i am still assessing my night time routine in order to manage a good at least 7 hour sleep night ! but waking up early is fantastic! and today is also my mother's birthday i will go to her farm and give her a gift! i am thoroughly grateful for her to be my mom she is awesome! and she have taught me many things about health since she is a Medical doctor with a PHD, thus i have inherited that healthy life concern from her and i must say that it was one of the best things i could have had inherited since in life we should only care for our health and our knowledge which are both things that we keep in a life long term the other things in life we can recover whether we lose or don't! thus keep in mind healthy and knowledge are the utmost important things in this life and we only have one therefore enjoy each and every day in this mundane life!
