I am overweight, this is because I eat too much chocolate and many sweets. The doctor told me I should lose weight. He told me that I should eat more fruits and vegetables instead of sweets. I also think I should't eat any type of junk food. In my opinion I think I can eat just a little of chocolate. If I run or do gym or any type of exercises, I really can. If I don't do gym or run, of course I can't eat it.
