 y = 1 - 2x

1 - 2x = y
- 2x = y - 1 (-1)
2x = - y + 1
x = - y + 1
         2

Troca-se x por y e vice-versa:

y = - x + 1

f (x) = - x + 1
              2

c)
y = 9 + 9x
9 + 9x = y
9x = y - 9
x = y - 9
