Explicação:

O verbo to be é am, is e are.

Em frases afirmativas pode-se contrair dessa forma:

I am= I'm

You are= You're

He/She/It is= He's/she's/It's

We= We're

They=They're

Para frases negativas usa-se a contração do verbo to be+o not(que seria o não da frase)

I am not= I'm not

You are not= You aren't

He is not= He isn't

She is not= She isn't

It is not= It isn't

We are not= We aren't

They are not= They aren't

Na contração na negativa usa-se o ' no lugar do o. Exceto no am.

are not= aren't

is not= isn't
