Sugiro que revise as matérias mais afundo, mas apenas para lembretes:

1) A diferença entre Past Perfect e Present Perfect é simples.

Pense que um deles é mais passado que o outro porque começa com "Present" e o mais antigo, "Past". Isto vai te ajudar na hora do desespero rsrs

2) Para gravar a estrutura de cada um dos dois, também é interessante focar no nome. Veja bem, por exemplo:

estrutura do Present P. --> have/has + particípio passado

estrutura do Past P. --> have/has no passado + particípio passado

*Perceba que eu apenas coloquei "have/has no passado" porque ambos tem a mesma forma: had!*
