Use "do" com os assuntos "I", " WE", "YOU" e "THEY". " Do "é geralmente usado para fazer perguntas e aparece no início de uma frase." Do "não é usado com os verbos:

Do I have to speak too? Yes, you do.

Do we have any milk left? No, we don't

Do you remember her? Yes, I do.

Do they always stay up so late? Yes, they do.

Do I know you? Yes, You do.

Do you come from England? Yes, I do.

Do we have to cut the grass? Yes, you do.

Do they want to come with us? Yes, they do.

"Does" é a terceira pessoa do singular de "do". Use "does" no início das perguntas quando o assunto for "He", "She" ou "It".
