Explicação: para escrever a frase no interrogativo basta trocar a ordem do verbo to be na frase. Na interrogativa se coloca o verbo to be antes do sujeito.ex: are you happy?. Na negativa se acrescenta o not depois do verbo to be. Ex: you are *not* happy

negativa: It is not a big plan
