• Do significa fazer, mas no verbo to be, quando está na terceira pessoa, ou seja, she(ela)/he(ele)/it(isto), acrescenta-se -s,-ies ou -es.  No caso do verbo Do, acrescenta-se -es, quando é she/ he ou it.

E quando a frase está com o pronome I/you/we/they(eu/ você/nós/eles) repete normalmente o verbo sem acrescentar -s -ies ou -es.

Sendo assim fica:

I do Eu faço

You do Você faz

He/she/it does Ele/ela/isto faz

We do Nós fazemos

You do Vocês fazem

They do Eles/elas fazem

Don’t é a abreviação de “do not” e doesn’t é a abreviação de “does not”.

Ambos significam não fazer.

• Don’t só é usada com os pronome I (eu), you (você, vocês), we (nós), they (eles, elas).

•  Doesn’t só é usada com os pronomes he(ele), she(ela) e it(isto).
