Choose one country that-is suffering either with war or hunger and write a persuasive speech defending the need of both government and population in your own country joining their forces to help that population in danger.

The country I decided to talk about is Bolivia, in spite of the well-known poverty and starvation situation that so many countries in Africa still undergo, after decades of all kinds of exploitation by Imperialist countries over the African nations. 

Bolivia is one of the poorest countries in Latin America, in which 60% of its population is included in a severe poverty rate. Like other nations in Latin America, Bolivia used to be rich and well-structured, as part of the Incan Empire. However, the Spaniards came, enslaved its population and extracted all of its gold, leaving the territory and its citizens in a chaotic situation which they never recovered from. 

Spain, together with Argentina and other nations who fought Bolivia in the following years, should join forces to help this people bioecome a structured nation and it once was, and particularly, Spain should return all the gold stolen from Bolivia and from South America. But that would only take place if they really repented from the evil they did.
