Um comentário pequeno de 5 linhas sobre cultura de países que falam inglês?

Being an English-speaking country does not necessary means that also the English culture is introduced and accepted. Culture is something representing an identity of a group of people. Though in the most cases the English language also has brought an influence with it of the English culture to the existing culture, I would say that this in general, is not a guarantee for the development of the country. Many African countries speak English, were colonies but are still not developed as it should be.On the other hand, other countries got highly developed because they were open for positive changes. So to conclude , cultural habits are stronger than linguistic influences.
