Então eu vou fazer primeiro a situação do bom uso, que seria, que a tecnologia facilita os estudos, é mais fácil entender uma informação.
O mal uso, seria para a criação de armas militares, pois consequentemente gera exércitos bem armados capases de destruir uma nação.
