$\Leftrightarrow \sqrt{4x}=\frac{\sqrt{1}}{\sqrt{4^2}}\Leftrightarrow$

$\Leftrightarrow 2\sqrt{x}=\frac{1}{4}\Leftrightarrow$

$\Leftrightarrow \sqrt{x}=\frac{\frac{1}{4}}{2}\Leftrightarrow$
