Nas frases negativas a lógica que uso é: escrever a frase na forma Afirmativa e depois acrescentar o not depois do verbo To Be.

Como exemplo vou usar a forma AFIRMATIVA da alternativa A:

[Forma Afirmativa]: I am a good student.

[Forma Negativa]: I am not a good student.

E nas interrogativas o verbo To Be vem antes do sujeito (se não me engano).
