i have a fairly regular routine at night, but last night things did not go as planned. I usually take hower before I watch some TV. However, last night, I wanted to watch the soccer game that on channel 9. Just before the game came on, the power went out. Annoyed, I decided to a cold shower. I had just gotten into the shower, when the power came back on. Eager to the game. I got out of the shower, dried myself, put on some clean clothes and turned the TV The game had just started and the power went out again. I sat and waited, hoping for the er to come back on again. It didn't. So, when I finally decided to go to bed, I hadn't watched occer game and I hadn't really taken a decent shower. At 3 a.m., the power came on again. normally in the morning,​

i have a schedule with my routine that is practically the same every day > i usually wake up 5 am take a shower and go work-out however today a surprising situation has led me into another routine, i was working out in the start of my build when suddenly i hear a scream at my neighbor's apartment then i had ran into her apartment to see her granny laid on the floor i was perplexed with that situation and didn't know what to do for a moment, then i ran and picked her up, and i asked her what had happened

and she explained that her granny tries do to everything by herself even when she could not do some things such as standing up alone, after that i had put her into my car and went to the hospital where she had all medical care and thank God was everything fine, thus that was my morning of a super hero, thoroughly unexpected ! however i am truly glad to have helped her! and would do it over and over again ! the gratitude people show after being helped makes everything worth it!
