COME - GO - ADMIT - AVOID - APPRECIATE - CONSIDER - CONTINUE - DELAY - DETEST - DENY - ENJOY - ESCAPE - FINISH - IMAGINE - KEEP - MISS - PRACTICE - RESIST - SUGGEST - STOP - TRY - UNDERSTAND;

O infinitivo deve ser utilizado:

Depois de verbos modais*;

Com verbos auxiliares "do" e "will"*;

Nas conjunções "but" e "except"*;

(*nestes casos o verbo aparece no infinitivo, mas o "TO" não aparece.)

O infinitivo (com o "TO") deve ser utilizado:

Depois dos verbos: TELL - INVITE - TEACH - WANT - REMIND - WISH - DESIRE;

Depois de adjetivos e das palavras: TOO - ENOUGH - THE FIRST - THE LAST- THE ONLY;
