Ok, não reparei que era uma pergunta, mas a conjugação do Present Continuous na afirmativa ou na afirmativa faz-se da mesma maneira: verbo To Be no presente + verbo principal no gerúndio
Neste caso apenas se inverte o verbo com o pronome, para colocar na forma interrogativa
