O "Present Perfect" em português é o "Presente Perfeito".
O Presente Perfeito é marcado pela forma:
{Sujeito + have/has + verbo principal no particípio + complemento.}

Ex.: I have worked at the hospital

Afirmativa:
{Sujeito + have/has + verbo principal no particípio + complemento.}

Ex.:
I have worked at the hospital.
You have worked at the hospital.
He has worked at the hospital.
She has worked at the hospital.
It has worked at the hospital.
We have worked at the hospital.
You have worked at the hospital.
They have worked at the hospital.

Negativa:
{basta acrescentar o “not” após “have/has”}

Ex.:
I have not worked at the hospital.
You have not worked at the hospital.
He has not worked at the hospital.
She has not worked at the hospital.
It has not worked at the hospital.
We have not worked at the hospital.
You have not worked at the hospital.
They have not worked at the hospital.

Interrogativa:
{basta colocar o “have/has” no início da frase.}

Ex.:
Have I worked at the hospital.
Have you worked at the hospital.
Has he worked at the hospital.
Has she worked at the hospital.
Has it worked at the hospital.
Have we worked at the hospital.
Have you worked at the hospital.
Have they worked at the hospital.

O Already é que é empregado em frases afirmativas de qualquer tempo verbal e ainda em frases interrogativas no simple present ou no past perfect. Ai esta um exemplo.
Is your sister already in Rome?
A sua irmã já está em roma?
