Losing weight is though, and we have all been at a point where we feel lla little too chubby and want to be a little skinner, well. social media might be able to help. Whether it is logging on to Facebook to upload a picture of ourselves or looking at our friend's tweets to find put where that fun art class they took is, it is all around us. But can social media help us on our weight loss journey? Research has shown that announcing your loss goals through social media changes them from a private affair to a public one. By doing this, you will be more dedicated to the goal, because if you fail, it will be a public failure, not just a private one. Also, though social networking you are able to find others with your same weight loss goals, and so it gives you a network to help you stay strong. Lastly and maybe most importantly, social media can help bost your self-esteem. Research tells us that individuals present themselves most often in the best way possible. And that makes likely to treat ourselves better by eating right and exercising, and in turn losing.
