plot: what is the situation? what happens? where and when does it happen?

The situation is a big alien invasion, there are many space ships full of lights sppining in the air. The aliens sent a message, they want to capture all the honest politicians in Brazil, they're crazy looking for them in all the cities and they are getting really angry because they can't find even one. It's impossible! So now they're heading to Europe and MAYBE there they will be lucky. ;)
