Pra resolver esse exercício, a única coisa que você precisa ter em mente é a exceção da 3° pessoa do singular .
Se o sujeito da frase for "he" , "she ou um nome próprio de alguém, o verbo será HAS. Já na negativa o verbo HAVE NÃO SE ALTERA e sim o DON'T, que passará a ser DOESN'T , somente se o sujeito estiver na terceira pessoa.
Na interrogativa o verbo HAVE TAMBÉM NÃO SE ALTERA, somente o auxiliar DOES vai pro inicio da frase.
De resto, nao existe mistério. Todos seguirão o mesmo padrão:
afirmativa: verbo have
Interrogativa: "Do"no começo da frase,l +have como verbo
nnegativa : don't + have

Explicação:
Auxiliares do / does são usados com a maioria dos verbos em inglês, para fazer a interrogativa e a negativa.
Interrogativa com auxiliar DO / DOES
