Explicação:

Em negrito está a forma interrogativa

Sublinhado está a forma negativa

Para passar a frase para o negativo, é só colocar o NOT na frente do pronome pessoal (AM, ARE,IS).

Para passar a frase para o interrogativo, é só inverter o pronome pessoal (AM, ARE,IS) com o Sujeito(I,HE,SHE,IT,WE...) e colocar o ponto de interrogação no final.
