Como estamos falando de passado simples, vamos utilizar o DID

Se na positiva tem o DID, na interrogativa tem o DID NOT ou DIDN'T

Mas tem uma pegadinha! Se você colocar o DID na frase, você tem que colocar o verbo no PRESENTE

a) Afirmativa: I cleaned three times yesterday.

Interrogativa: Did I clean three times yesterday?

Negativa: I did not clean three times yesterday.

b) Afirmativa: She opened the windows because it was too hot in here.

Interrogativa: Did she open the windows because it was too hot in here?

Negativa: She did not open the windows because it was too hot in here.
