Observe que no verbo na forma afirmativa adicionamos( s, es, ou ies) nas terceiras pessoas, porém
nas formas negativas e inerrogativas o verbo permanece na forma normal e acrescentamos apenas
os verbos auxiliares (Do ou Does)

Explicação:

O verbo auxiliar "Does" é usado com a terceira pessoa do singular: he, she e it.

E o "Do" é usado com as demais pessoas: I, you, we e they.
