no primeiro exercicio basicamente o que você tem que fazer é colocar o "adverb of frequency" antes do verbo. MENOS nos verbos "to be".

Exemplo:

a) Mary USUALLY goes.....

c) we are NEVER late...

porque "are" é um verb "to be"
