"Do" é no presente, "Don't" também é presente, mas é negativo, também é usado "Do not"
 O "Does" é apenas uma conjugação do to do na terceira pessoa do singular, ou seja, concorda com os pronomes he, she e it no simple present. "Doesn't" é o negativo.

 Sendo assim, ficaria:
 Doesn't her mother work in the bank? (Pergunta)
I don't do my homework in the morning, i always do it in the evening (Afirmação)
