Ao refazer o texto e repassá-lo para toda a forma interrogativa, coloquei todas as perguntas em negrito e copiei o texto em forma de resposta para as perguntas, como a seguir:

Once a month I report to my boss,

but maybe you have to report to your boss more often.
What kind of document do you write?
I usually write a document that my boss can read.
