only if we have a program of education to parents or families of children and or adolescents to secure that they will be educated with the correct knowledge and guarantee a higher education for them!

in my opinion yes however it is utterly difficult to count only on the government to have funds to pay and create a well-develop environment for learning and education! especially here in a third world country as Brazil!
therefore yes it would be excellent if the government was able to pay for all citizens a correct education however in my view it still a flimsy ( improbable idea
5. Should kids with special-needs study in separate classrooms?
not at all! students with special-needs should or better must be in a classroom full of different people in order for them to have a healthy communication with others as well as educating others remember that the world is full of different people with different needs
