You have an issue that is pretty common in your age. The teenagers nowadays have the cellphone by their side all the time. And this is bad. At night, your body and mind were made for resting, and without it, you can suffer from tiredness, and do the most simple action with a big effort.
The only solution I see to your problem is practice sports during the day and read a book or study, so that your body and mind will be tired, needing sleep during the night. You also have to decrease the time you spend surfing on the Internet.
