Acho que é  B pois é o pronome que pode substituir a pessoa "the driver"

Go and find the driver. The driver arrived here yesterday. Go and find the driver who arrived yesterday.

Go and find the driver who arrived here yesterday. Alternative B.

He, whose and what are not possible in this sentence, so you can only be in two minds about who and whom.

Who is always used when the relative pronoun works as the subject (i.e., is performing the action) of the sentence. If it works as an object (i.e., is not performing the action), whom must be used.

To know whether the relative pronoun is the subject or the object, you should replace it with a subject pronoun or an object pronoun.

In the sentence you provided, it only makes sense to replace the relative pronoun with a subject pronoun: who arrived here yesterday → he arrived here yesterday.

If you try to replace who with an object pronoun, the sentence becomes grammatically incorrect: him arrived here yesterday.
