I am complaining because it is not working properly. It sometimes does not tum on. To solve this problem, I would like you to change the computer. When I first observed this problem, | contacted the manager, Mr. Brown, at your company, and, unfortunately, I was told that nothing could be done about my problem. AW. I believe that this response is unfair because followed all the steps to have a warranty to cover it. I would like a written statement explaining your company's position and what you will do about my complaint. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem.
