Sobre a conjugação dos verbos em inglês, no Past Perfect, as lacunas serão corretamente preenchidas da seguinte maneira:

HAD SEEEN - HAD EATEN - HAD MADE - HAD STUDIED - HAD DRUNK - HAD BEEN - HAD KNOWN - HAD TRAVELLED - HAD WORKED - HAD EATEN - HAD SNOWED - HAD ALREADY BEGUN - HAD FORGOTTEN -HAD TRAVELED

O Past Perfect(Passado Perfeito) é um tempo verbal utilizado para expressar acontecimentos no passado, que ocorreram antes de outra ação também no passado.

O Past Perfect é formado pelo auxiliar TO HAVE no Simple Past (HAD) e o particípio passado do verbo principal.

No particípio passado os verbos regulares recebem E, ED, ou IED, enquanto os irregulares não seguem uma regra.

Para formar o modo negativo basta acrescentar o NOT após o HAD.
