Resposta:

a - (Interrogativa)  Does she always watch squirrels? (afirmativa) Todas as frase já estão na afirmativa. (Negativa) She not watches always squirrels.

b - (I) Are some ducks swimming? (N) Some ducks are not swimming.

c - (i) Are birds flying in the sky? (N) Are not birds flying in the sky.

d - (i) Is the policeman riding a horse? (N) A policeman is not riding a horse

e - (i) Are they going to the picnic? (N) They doesnt go on a picnic.

f - Is the family haveing a picnic? A family is not having a picnic

Explicação:

Quando as frases vão para a forma interrogativa, o verbo to be deve trocar de posição com o sujeito. (Ex: She are injured. Are she injured?)

Quando as frases vão para a negativa deve-se colocar o substantivo not depois do verbo to be ou junto. (Ex: He is good. He is not good, ou He isn't good).
