Basta tirar o to do verbo e pronto estará conjugado. Porém no caso dos sujeitos (HE-SHE-IT) é diferente.

HE/ SHE/ IT- (teachES / savES /  goES / studiES)

Existem regras para alguns verbos.

Aqueles terminados em SS, SH, CH, X, Z e O recebem -ES

ex: Watch - She watchES (ela assiste)

Quando terminados em Y e antes havia uma consoante, o Y vira I e acrescentamos -ES. Mas se for uma vogal acrescenta o S.

ex: study - He studIES (ele estuda)

Em frases negativas e interrogativas, o verbo deve voltar a sua forma original.
