the main objective of the study is to understand if the university monitors its enrollments properly, allowing a focused research for the students graduated in the course of letters by the institution, from the first group to the last one formed. a very simple and direct questionnaire to obtain all possible data, containing questions seeking to understand how the system of monitoring of graduates of this course, the number of enrollments of the institution, the general view of how the interviewees see and point out the positive points and negatives of the offer of this course to society, and finally the investigation of how many professionals already trained are inserted in the labor market, in their area or otherwise.
