A resposta anterior está erradíssima!!!

Porque os termos “some” e “any” são usados com substantivos contáveis e incontáveis, mas com uma GRANDE DIFERENÇA: “any” é usado APENAS em sentenças negativas e interrogativas, NUNCA em sentenças afirmativas. Para estas, usa-se “some”.
