$\mathsf{\dfrac{15}{5}=\dfrac{20}{x}}\\\mathsf{15x=100}\\\mathsf{x=\dfrac{100\div5}{15\div5}}\\\mathsf{x=\dfrac{20}{3}}$

c)

$\mathsf{\dfrac{x}{1}=\dfrac{3}{2}}\\\mathsf{x=\dfrac{3}{2}}$

d)

$\mathsf{\dfrac{4x+1}{x+2}=\dfrac{16\div2}{18\div2}}\\\mathsf{\dfrac{4x+1}{x+2}=\dfrac{8}{9}}$

$\mathsf{36x+9=8x+16}\\\mathsf{36x-8x=16-9}\\\mathsf{28x=7}\\\maths{x=\dfrac{7\div7}{28\div7}}$
