It depends on what you consider, your personal sense of moral values, but I don´t think government should govern from morality, but from a Constitution.

Government shouldn´t tell anyone what is right or what is wrong...it talks only about laws, and the authority to uphold the laws.

If the laws were based on morality - whose morality would we use? Some people think it is morally incorret to have an abortion, some don´t..its a personal choice, right? Those who think it is wrong, that´s their moral value....
