Para formar adjetivos comparativos em inglês deve-se atentar ao número de sílabas que o adjetivo contém:
- Adjetivos com uma sílaba: basta adicionar o ER ao final. Caso o adjetivo termine em C+V+C (C=consoante; V=vogal), a consoante final deve ser duplicada antes do ER;
