he studies spanish.

mary studies with my sister.
jhn and michel study with brother.

Para a terceira pessoa do singular, usa-se a partícula "does" para formar frases interrogativas e negativas. Assim:

He doesn't study spanish.
Does he study spanish?

My friend doesn't study portuguese.
Does my friend study portuguese?

Mary doesn't study with my sister.
Does Mary study with my sister?

John and Michel DON'T study with brother. (They don't study with brother.)
Do John and Michel study with brother?

Michael doesn't study english.
Does Michael study english?
