Resposta:

a. I: Was he fine yesterday?

N: He was not fine yesterday

b. I: Were you new doctor in this hospital?

N: You were not new doctor in this hospital

c. I: Are we at home now?

N: We are not at home now

e. I: Were Paul and Mary hungry?

N: Paul and Mary were not hungry

f. I: Were you at school last night?

N: You were not at school last night

g. I: Was my mother a portuguese teacher?

N: My mother was not a portuguese teacher

Explicação:

Então então,

Na forma negativa segue a ordem só que acrescenta-se o not depois do was/were. Lembrando que  ainda é possível utlizar a forma contraída dos verbos, que no caso seria wasn't e weren't.

E na interrogativa muda a ordem da frase, sendo que no caso o were/was vem primeiro e depois o resto.
