Bom basicamente na negativa você precisa colocar o didn't depois do sujeito da frase. Contendo o didn't na frase o verbo não precisa estar conjugado no passado. E na frase interrogativa, o didn't precisa vir primeiro que o sujeito e o verbo, que também não precisa estar conjugado no passado.
