Para colocar no interrogativo, você precisa ver o tempo verbal para definir o verbo auxiliar que vai no início da frase, e no negativo precisa colocar o NOT ou sua forma contraída.

1 - my aunt wants dance with you.  (presente = DO/DOES)

I - Does your aunt want to dance with me?

N - my aunt doesn't want dance with you.

2 - he understood what we said.  (passado = DID)

I - Did he understand what we said?

N - he didn't understand what we said.

3 - my kids love to watch cartoons but i like to watch movies.   (presente = DO/DOES)

I - Do your kids love to watch cartoons?

N - my kids don't love to watch cartoons but i like to watch movies.

4 - i went to the haidresser on monday.  (passado = DID)

I - Did you go to the hairdresser on monday?

N - I didn't go to the hairdresser on monday.

5 - the turtlle likes to eat lettuce  (presente = DO/DOES)

N - Does the turtlle like to eat lettuce?

I - the turtlle doesn't like to eat lettuce
