Seu professor deve ter confundido first conditional com zero conditional. Vou mostrar a estrutura de cada uma delas para que você possa mostrar ao seu professor genial porque as duas primeiras frases não podem ser first conditional.

Zero conditional: if + simple present , simple present. Ex.: If you eat too much, you get fat.

First conditional: if + simple present , future with will. Ex.: If you don't study, you'll fail the exam.

Second conditional: if + simple past , would + main verb. Ex.: If I won the lottery, I would travel to Mars.

Third conditional: if + past perfect , would have + past participle. Ex.: If I had succeeded in life, my father would have been proud of me.
