The education was first taught at schools in order to teach skills and pass along religious values, however, as time went by, it started to teach subject areas (such as mathematics, physics, etc) and became one of the most important things in our lifes, that, because education does not only teach us the basics to live but it also makes us live better in society, reduces poverty (as more people get jobs), increases income, makes people healthier (since they don't make as many poor decisions to their daily habits), fosters peace, reduces fertility rates due to awareness, prevents disaster related deaths, reduces child marriage, reduces maternal death, combats STD such as HIV and AIDS, promotes gender equality and also boosts economic growth.
