Hey there Katie,

I'm only writing you because I'm having trouble sleeping tonight. I've tried to jerk myself to sleep - didn't work; I've tried exercising to tire my body out - didn't work either. My only option now is to take some sleeping medicine, but I don't have any to take and there's no drugstore open near my house.

So as I'm familiar with your sleeping problems, I'm reaching out to you in hopes of getting a great piece of advice for my problem.
