Resposta:

1. There is not something in the class.

Is there something in the class?

2.There is not something in the bathroom.

Is there something in the bathroom?

3.There is not something at school.

Is there something at school?

Explicação:

Na negativa você apenas precisa acrescentar o "not" após o verbo to be (is) e na interrogativa troca a ordem do verbo there to be (ao invés de there is fica is there).

Acredito que você tenha entendido com as três primeiras respostas.
