Interrogative: Were you there last night?

Negative: The movie wasn't good. (was not)

Interrogative: Was the movie good?

Interrogative: Were you at school yesterday?

Negative: The doors weren't closed.

Interrogative: Were the doors close?

Negative: It wasn't very windy.

Interrogative: Was It very windy?

Negative: The weather wasn't cold.

Interrogative: Was the weather cold?

Negative: She wasn't angry with you.

Interrogative: Was she angry with you?

Negative: Bill and Fred weren't at the restaurant.

Interrogativa: Were Bill and Fred at the restaurant?

Negative: We weren't thirsty after the walk.

Interrogative: Were we thirsty after the walk?

Explicação: O que muda na negativa é o verb to be do passado (was e were --> wasn't e weren't)

E na interrogativa o was ou were vai para o inicio da frase e o sujeito logo depois.
