As frases da pergunta estão no simple future, que é um tempo verbal usado para indicar ações futuras que ainda irão ocorrer.

Para usar o simple future nós usamos duas estruturas: o  auxiliar will e a estrutura going to. Mas sua atividade só usa o will, então vamos focar nele.

Afirmative

Para escrever frases afirmativas (ou seja, que afirmam algo) usando o will nós escrevemos assim:

Sujeito + will + verbo principal no infinitivo (ou seja, verbo sem conjugação) + complemento

Podemos usar como exemplo sua atividade.

He (sujeito) will (o próprio will) be (verbo principal) a dentist (complemento da frase)

I'll (abreviação de I will, ou seja sujeito + will) buy (verbo principal) a new cellphone (complemento)

Negative

Agora, para escrever frases negativas (ou seja, que negam algo) nós usamos o will + not ou a forma contraída won't.

Então a forma negativa de "He will be a dentist" seria:

He will not be a dentist (ou he won't be a dentist).

E a forma negativa de "I'll buy a new cellphone" seria:

I'll not buy a new cellphone (ou I won't buy a new cellphone).

Interrogative

Para escrever frases interrogativas nós só precisamos trocar o sujeito pelo will (então ao invés de ficar sujeito + will fica will + sujeito) e adicionar um ponto de interrogação (?).

A forma interrogativa de "He will be a dentist" é:

Will he be a dentist?

E a forma interrogativa de "I'll buy a new cellphone" é:

Will I buy a new cellphone?
